How do ONEKIND garments fit?

How to help it last?

To preserve the heavyweight cotton texture, deep color hue, and garment structure:

• Wash inside out on a delicate cycle in 30°C with similar colors.
• Do not tumble dry. Line dry flat in the shade.
• Iron on low heat on the reverse side. Avoid direct heat over printed or applied elements.
• Do no bleach.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all original hangtags attached.

How do I initiate a return?

To begin a return request, use your account or your email that you used for your purchase. If you do not have an account you can get 6 figure OTP code to initiate a return.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

All orders are processed and prepared in 1-5 business days. Once handed over to the carrier, you will get an email and to track your delivery.

What are the shipping rates and free shipping eligibility?

We offer standard express shipping across all zones:

• Turkiye: Free on all orders above 2500₺.
• European Union (EU): €15 standard express (Free on orders over €120).
• United Kingdom (UK): £12 standard express (Free on orders over £100).
• EMEA & Rest of World: $18 standard express (Free on orders over $130).

How can I track my package?

Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and direct link. If any problem occurs, reach us via operations@theonekind.co

Will I have to pay local taxes or import duties?

International orders shipped outside of Turkiye are dispatched under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. Depending on your local customs regulations, shipments may be subject to local VAT or import clearance fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer upon arrival.
